Right of Withdrawal

Returns are accepted within 30 days:

Products must be in their original condition and have all original tags and labels attached.

The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.

Returned items must show no signs of use.

Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

Always ensure your package has a tracking number. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of shipment and a tracking number. Returns sent via regular mail without a tracking number are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. We will refund the purchase price to your account within a few days of processing your return.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, order processing is stopped, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wrong Item or Wrong Size?

If you receive the wrong item or size, you will receive the correct item free of charge!
