Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:
- After you place your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and typically takes 7 to 8 business days for delivery.
When you place an order with us, you can see when your package will arrive within just a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code via email, which you can use to track your order through our tracking partner. You can find out how this works on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of your order
Once your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, things can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return it? Go to this page.
Defective product?
That's a shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we will always send a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If it goes wrong a second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.
To place an order
The ordering process at Stylerose is incredibly simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do this, click the "Add to Cart" button.
Here, it's important to check that you've selected the correct options. If everything looks good, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the information page, you'll need to enter your correct address details. Please ensure that all the information is accurate. Once this information is filled in correctly, you can click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.
The "Shipping" page allows you to review the entered address details one last time. It also indicates that all shipments are completely free of charge. As a sign of our appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.

Package lost?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement before proceeding with a refund or return. If the order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, it can be refunded.
